Postage costs

• The Netherlands
  Free shipping from €175,-
  Orders below this amount: €6.75

• Belgium & Germany
  Free shipping from €200,-
  Orders below this amount: €9.00

• Other EU countries
  Fixed shipping costs: €24.99

• Rest of the world
  Fixed shipping costs: €65.00

Delivery time

We do our utmost to process your order as quickly as possible.
Orders placed on workdays before 13:00 will be sent the same day . If that is not possible, your order will be sent the next workday. In most cases, you will receive your order within 1-2 workdays .

All shipments are sent with track & trace via reliable parcel services. Deliveries usually take place on working days between 09:00 and 18:00 . Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

Not at home / package not collected

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be taken to a collection point.
If it is not picked up within the set period, or if the package is refused at the door? Then we charge €6.75 return costs for the Netherlands and €9.00 for Belgium . After receiving the returned package, we will automatically cancel your order and the purchase amount minus the return costs will be refunded within 1/2 working days.

Pre-orders

Please note: Are you ordering a pre-order together with other products (stock or other pre-orders)?
Then we will only ship once all items are available . If you want to receive the available products sooner, please place a separate order.
